Single Pans

This palette is inspired by the pastel skies I see from my studio as I sip my evening cup of tea and has eight colors in it.

1. Evening Glow - A warm, glowing pastel akin to Naples Yellow.
Pigment - PY42, PW6
Opaque to translucent, non-granulating, non-staining

2. Sunset Peach - A warm salmon color perfect for the peachy warmth in sunset skies.

3. Velvet Sky - A beautifully soft lavender-blue for that leftover, soft blue you see when the sun has already set. I can't quite describe the loveliness of this color; it is my favourite shade from this set.

4. Dust Mauve - A pale purple color with a lovely warmth to it.

5. Cloud Purple - A muted pastel purple that speaks of sunset cloud shadows.

6. Ocean Teal - Ah one of my favourite colors! A deep, ocean turquoise that leans on the greener side that looks like bejeweled ocean or deep lake waters.

7. Valentine - The name says it all. It' the perfect pastel pink of Valentine!

Each pan is magnetised. The paints come in their individual portable tin boxes. All tin boxes in our shop are shipped in upcycled, colorful cotton bags, which you can reuse in any manner you wish.

The first Orange in our line, it's named after one of my favourite fictional characters, Hobbes from Calvin & Hobbes. It's the perfect orange that mixes rich, earthy greens with Syahi Prussian Blue.

Named after our founder's favourite grey, it is our home-blend of perfectly balanced pigments to give a deep grey with blue undertones. It's the perfect color for monochrome works because of it's extraordinary tinting strength.

My absolute favourite brown with a dark value, it granulates with the most beautiful texture. It has found a permanent place in my palette.

Semi transparent, heavily granulating, non-staining

Named after the towering Deodar trees of the Himalayas, this cool green is an absolutely essential mixing color. It'll give you beautiful sap greens with warm yellows, neutrals with warm reds and jewel tone purples with cool reds.

A classic purple-brown with a cool pink undertone, this is a rich color with a large tonal range. Use this color in its diluted form to paint vintage florals or mix it with our Butterflypea Ultramarine to make stormy blue-purples.

Quin Gulaal (Quinacridone Rose) - Gulaal is a beautiful warm rose color in Indian culture. Our Quinacridone Rose is the perfect rose color with just the right amount of warmth in it. It's a highly important mixing cool red in many artist's palettes.

A staple in almost all artists' palettes, our Ultramarine blue leans towards a cooler side. It has a large tonal range. Mix it with Quinacridone Rose to make stunning purples or with warm yellows to make natural greens.

Pigment - PB29 Semi-transparent, slight granulating, non-staining

A staple in almost all artists' palettes, it is a warm, earthy, golden yellow with a large tonal range. It is the perfect color to mix skin tones. Use this warm color to give a soft, golden glow to your skies or mix it with Quinacridone Rose to make vintage peach shades.

This warm red is the perfect addition to any palette with high tinting strength.

A stunning, deep-valued, transparent turquoise which leans towards a cooler side. It has high tinting strength and is highly staining. Paint magical seascapes with this.

The perfect warm yellow in any palette, this is an indespensable color in mixing natural greens and peach tones with the Quin Gulaal. This color reminds me of my favourite Alphonso mangoes in India.

This blue is a stunning, deep-valued, transparent mid-blue which leans towards a warmer side. It has high tinting strength and is highly staining.

The perfect cool yellow offering a lot of control, use this gorgeous yellow to mix bright, tropical greens.

This beauty can go as dark as a vibrant rose and as delicate as a cheek blushing under a kiss. The perfect color for soft florals and soft sunrise skies.

A warm, Venetian Red named after the flaming red Chinar trees of Kashmir. It is the perfect color for pink flesh tones. It has a large tonal range.

A gentle earth yellow which is special because it doesn't make greens when mixed with blues. Perfect color for a warm glowing sky.

Pigment - PBr7

Semi opaque, granulating, non-staining

This deep, rich red granulates beautifully, with the red floating and the brown granulation settling down. Mix it with Light Olive to make rich browns.

A signature blend by our Founder, this deep, inky yet vibrant blue is the perfect night sky color. It is also a great neutral on your palette. Use it by itself in its pure glory or use it to darken your color mixes.

An opaque-to-transparent green, use it to paint vintage rose leaves to late summer foliage. Mix it with Poinsettia Red to get delicious rich browns.

Inspired by richness of a variety of moss that covers the floors of the Western Ghats, this natural green is a lovely add to your palette.
